Erlang solution for Euler problem 13

Project Euler problem number 13 is an easy one: we are asked to find the first ten digits of the sum of one hundred 50-digit numbers. Since Erlang supports arbitrary precision integers, it is simple to simply add the numbers and get the first 10 digits.
